We travelled from Lincoln to Boston to talk to Roger Welbury, retired manager of Holme Farm. Roger has spent many years running Holme Farm since it was established.
Holme Farm began with supplying major supermarket chains with fresh fruit and veg and has branched out into supplying fruit and veg products for preserved food manufacturers. 
Roger’s business supplies the local area with a lot of prospective jobs in the manual labour sector and we wanted to explore with Roger his views on people’s attitudes to work today and relating them to the attitudes of his employees and what he looks for when looking at taking on prospective employees.
